Do you ship internationally?
We can ship (internationally) to countries outside of America, but there may be a small additional fee, which isn't captured on our product page. Please contact our customer service ninja's who will be happy to quote you the smallest postage fee possible - email us at sales@soulandbarn.com
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Our products are sourced through a variety of suppliers. High demand on our toys can typically mean a delivery time between 7-28 business days from order date. Each individual item you purchase will state the delivery period on the product page, and again on your invoice.
To ensure a speedy delivery to you our policy is to ship products as soon as they’re stocked. This means you may receive one item before the next. If you don't receive all of your items at once, don't panic – they’re on their way!

I made a mistake on my order (address, quantity, etc)... can I change it?
Once the payment has been verified, the order can only be cancelled or changed by contacting customer services, email us at sales@soulandbarn.com. Contact us as immediately and we will try our best to accommodate you, however, we can't make any promises.
